Apparently some people in the park spotted a couple guys wearing construction vests and handing our violation notices to Pokemon Go players and demanding that they pay up, or risk the potential confiscation of the cell phones. I guess these news reporters have been looking for these guys ever since. Guess the people in the park didn’t know we were filming a prank.
