UNCHAP is BACK! Full episodes coming quickly! UNCHAP is «United Neighborhood Citizens Home Appearance Patrol». We are workers Jack Vale and Uncle John employed through the CEO, Frank Downey. We patrol more than a few neighborhoods to give protection to the nice voters of the group from eyesores.
Unchap used to be based in 2011 in Northern California and feature since moved our headquarters to the Nashville, TN space.
